1 Aaron Williams, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County for the crime of Assault and Battery With Intent to Kill. The punishment was left to the court and the court fixed punishment at 12 years in the penitentiary, 6 years to be served and the last 6 years to be suspended. From said judgment and sentence, he appeals.
